Service specific gift vouchers are not recognised by health funds as a claimable item. If you wish for the recipient to be able to claim for their treatment through their health fund please purchase a $ dollar value and they will be issued with a receipt at the time of service. We understand that this may sound confusing, please call the clinic for clarification. All Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
