Online booking is a great way to secure an appointment, particularly if you are familiar with our practitioners and services. If you are unsure about which practitioner or whether massage or chiropractic care would best suit your needs, call our experienced receptionists. Before making an online booking please read this important information:
*The online booking system only displays available appointments more than 2 hours away, please call the clinic if you are looking for a last minute appointment.
*Insurance/workers compensation – please call the clinic to make an appointment – no online bookings.
*Pregnancy Massage – please call the clinic to make your appointment – no online bookings.
*30 Minute Massages – Please be aware that we don’t recommend 30min massage appointments for new clients, those who haven’t had recent/regular massage or have multiple or complex issues. Our therapists endeavour to meet your requirements in the given time frame but may be unable to effectively do so in a 30 minute massage.
*Claiming Restrictions – Some of our remedial massage therapists have health fund claiming restrictions. If you are booking with RAYLEY or JAMES please check that your health fund does not appear on the list below. You are still able to make a booking with these therapists however you will be unable to claim your treatment on private health. All of our other therapists are covered with all health funds.
- Rayley is not covered through – AAMI, APIA, BUPA, Defence Health, Doctors, Health.com., frank, GU Health, HBF, Medibank private, My Own Health, Navy Health, NIB, Police, Phoenix, Qantas
- James is not covered through – HCF or MEDIBANK PRIVATE

To ensure we provide you with the best possible care during your upcoming appointments, it’s important that we have the most current information about your medical status. If there have been any changes in your medical details or condition since your last visit, please let us know before your next appointment.
