The short answer is A LOT! If you have been experiencing muscle tightness, headaches, neck pain, back pain, restless leg syndrome, sciatica, stress, soft tissue injury or a decrease in your mobility and flexibility; remedial massage therapy is a great option.
It is also a great way to relax, recalibrate and release any tension you have been holding in your body, and on a regular basis this can help maintain health and wellbeing. Our remedial massage therapists are educated, trained and experienced in working with soft tissue to reduce muscle tension, pain and alleviate stress. We work closely with our customers to ensure their care is tailored to suit their requirements. Across all services, our objective is to ensure cohesive and complementary care that’s right for you.

Pregnancy Massage – 30, 60, 90 or 120 minute appointments
Myofascial Dry Needling – 30, 60, 90 or 120 minute appointments

We offer an obligation free appointment with one of our qualified Chiropractors to talk about how chiropractic care could help you and provide you with a full spinal assessment.
What to expect at your initial appointment
- Your initial appointment will be approximately 30 minutes in length. Please arrive and check in 10 minutes before your appointment time.
- Our friendly reception staff will provide necessary paperwork to complete covering your personal details, past injuries and consent.
- One of our Chiropractors will show you through where they will review paperwork, ask questions, assess your body alignment and discuss any relevant information.
- If an adjustment is required and it is deemed safe to do so they will gain your consent to be adjusted and have you sign a consent form. If required our Chiropractors may provide a referral for an x-ray.
- Our Chiropractors work with you to create a manageable plan to help you reach realistic health goals. Due to our focus on individual needs, we need to assess every step on the way. We do not offer contracts, prepaid plans or book multiple appointments for weeks in advance.
