Tyla
Tyla is a local Newy girl who joined the Triggerpoint family at the beginning of 2023, when she returned to Newcastle after studying commercial dance full time in Sydney and achieving her diploma of elite performance. Tyla is now studying her Bachelor of Nursing and has a deep passion for antenatal care and women’s health. With a combined knowledge of over 16 years of competitive sport, along with her studies in nursing, Tyla can provide great insight into the biomechanics of your body and help you find the perfect practitioner for your needs.
Pam
Pam started work in reception at Triggerpoint in July 2009 and has since become our Office Manager. She is a wealth of knowledge and has enjoyed the busy work environment very much. As part of the reception team Pam particularly likes being able to direct people experiencing pain and discomfort to the appropriate person to help them find relief. Pam enjoys seeing the friendly faces of her work colleagues and Triggerpoint clients everyday she is at work. Pam’s work history has always been Office and Administration when she wasn’t raising her two daughters. When not at work Pam enjoys spending time with her beautiful grandchildren, reading, travelling and spending time at her beloved Pacific Palms.
Simone
Simone returned to our reception team in March 2020 after an absence of a few years. The reception team is almost the same as when she was last here and she finds them to be supportive and encouraging. She loves working at Triggerpoint and staying active by practicing yoga, ice skating and ballet but nothing beats spending time with her grandchild. Her work background is in Medical Reception and Bookkeeping.
Julie
Meet Julie, one of our vibrant receptionist at Triggerpoint. Beyond her professional role, she finds joy in an active lifestyle, regularly hitting the gym for Step Aerobics, Zumba, and Workout sessions. Outside of work, she cherishes time spent walking Lenny, the beloved family cavoodle. Her dedication extends beyond her fitness routine. As a committed wife and mother, Julie balances her family responsibilities with a genuine passion for helping people. Her warm demeanour and genuine interest in others make her not only a valuable asset in the clinic but also a compassionate and reliable friend to those around her.
