🍃What is myofascial dry needling?

Myofascial dry needling is a technique used to treat tight or painful muscles. Very fine needles are inserted into specific trigger points within

Your practitioner will always explain the treatment beforehand and ensure you are comfortable before proceeding.

🍃What is cupping therapy?

Cupping therapy involves placing specialised cups on the skin to create gentle suction.

This technique can help improve circulation, release tight muscles,

and assist with reducing muscle tension. Temporary circular marks may

appear on the skin after treatment, which typically fade within a few

days.

There may occasionally be short periods where reception is assisting

other patients, but our practitioners and staff will always ensure you

are looked after.

🍃Will I be put on a large treatment plan?

No.

At Triggerpoint Natural Health, we believe in ethical, patient-focused care. Any treatment recommendations will be based on your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.

Some conditions may benefit from a short course of care, while others

may only require occasional treatment. Our practitioners will discuss

options with you so you can make an informed decision about your care.

🍃Will treatment hurt?

Most treatments are designed to reduce pain and tension, not cause it.

Some techniques, particularly when working with tight or injured

muscles, may feel slightly uncomfortable at times. Your practitioner

techniques if needed.

Communication is important, so please let us know if anything feels

too intense during treatment. Our goal is always to help you feel

better, not worse.
