Triggerpoint has a 4 hour cancellation/reschedule policy in place….. Let us explain.

Updated Cancellation & No-Show Policy (Effective 1st July 2025)

At Triggerpoint Health, we genuinely understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. Illness, family responsibilities, or unexpected work commitments can arise at any time—we’ve all been there. However, when appointments are booked, that time is set aside exclusively for you. Our contracted practitioners are paid based on the appointments they provide, and short-notice cancellations or no-shows mean we’re unable to offer that time to someone else in need. We believe this policy maintains fairness, respects your time and ours, and allows us to continue offering quality care to all clients.

Please note: If you arrive or call within 4 hours of your allocated appointment time, and choose to reduce the scheduled treatment length (e.g., booked a 60-minute massage but opt for 30 minutes), this is considered a late cancellation/reschedule within our cancellation policy window. As such, you will be charged as per the below schedule.


Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

  • Cancellations/reschedule made with 4 or more hours' notice incur no fee.
  • Cancellations/reschedule made within 4 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of your scheduled service fee.
  • No-shows (when no notice is given and the appointment is missed entirely) will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.


Same-Day Bookings

  • If you book within 4 hours of your appointment time, we trust that you’ve ensured your availability. A zero-cancellation/reschedule period applies.


**PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CHARGE IS NOT CLAIMABLE THOUGH YOUR HEALTH FUND AS THE SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN PROVIDED.


How to Cancel or Reschedule

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment using any of the following methods:

  • SMS: Reply directly to your appointment reminder message
  • Online: Via our booking platform
  • Email: [email protected]


Fee Payment

  • If a cancellation fee is incurred, it will be billed to your account and is payable before your next treatment.
  • Payments can be made by:
  • Calling us: (02) 4965 4881
  • Bank transfer: Payment details will be sent via SMS (Please use your full name as the payment reference)
