Rayley joined the Triggerpoint team in 2020 after relocating to Newcastle. She obtained her Diploma in 1998 at The School Of Natural Therapies in Coffs Harbour. Until her move to Newcastle Rayley had her own Remedial Massage Therapy practice on the Gold Coast.
With her combination of deep tissue and relaxation Rayley is able to offer an individualised treatment based on her clients needs. Helping people find relief and increasing their mobility is a passion she has had for many years.
With a focus to improve people’s posture and help them obtain freedom of movement Rayley specialises in reducing headaches, sciatic pain and plantar fasciitis. She also enjoys doing pregnancy massages.
